Tidy house, tidy mind, tidy mind = more love for what you want.
Caution: people have ‘Marie Kondoed’ bad relationships and ditched the energy suckers too! If you are relationship dementor you are likely to go out with the trash too…
Essentially, the demure and unassuming Marie Kondo has her priorities straight. If one spends some time clearing out the guff they no longer need and/or that doesn’t make them ‘spark joy’ then you will be happier. She takes us through our entire lives, systematically guiding the way to release us from the crap we don’t need and expand our love for the things we do.

For me, it’s ok to let go of the things that we don’t need or maybe even cause us pain. Some ‘sentimental’ stuff I have carried around with me from different homes to different continents out of a sense of duty, I let go of. And the relief was wonderful!
Next, when my home is tidy and I don’t have extraneous matter scattered like confetti, I can really see the stuff I love! It makes space for the beautiful things in my life I want to get a visual on daily and have a little smile to myself.
