1/ When you go to bed, no matter what time it is, tell yourself that you will have the amount of refreshing sleep you need to be brilliant the next day. Doesn’t matter if it’s late or you’ve woken up at some ungodly hour. Just repeat to yourself that your body will be as rested as it needs. Total overhaul of the usual night chatter.

2/ Mornings are precious and to be celebrated. Taking some time for movement, learning and inner calm is - quite simply – the best freakin thing you will do all day.
