Using my broad experience across musculoskeletal conditions mixed with bespoke Pilates and yoga training plus a sprinkle of humour to create a relaxed, enjoyable, yet hardworking therapy.

Writing to share clinical knowledge in easy-to -use language making healthcare accessible to all is my focus. This has lead to multiple writing opportunities and I have created my dream of both writing and treating! Key in providing useful content that connects with people.
What qualifications does this take? A few; a Master's degree in Physiotherapy in 2010, am qualified in CBT for pain, Mindfulness, alongside Content Creation certificates.
Sam has an incredible approach to her patients, considering all aspects of their health and wellbeing, which is what makes her so unique in her approach.
