Nice Things

Physiotherapy
Sam has an incredible approach to her patients, considering all aspects of their health and wellbeing, which is what makes her so unique in her approach. I learned a lot from Sam about spinal rehabilitation, she is an effective leader and her approach to her clients is supportive and encouraging, therefore I would highly recommend her as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.

Pilates
I have attended numerous keep fit classes over the years and I can honestly say that Sam is the best Pilates/fitness instructor I have ever had!
I have suffered with back pain for many many years and would thoroughly recommend her. She ensures that each person in the class is aware of their own capabilities and assists them to individually understand what is best for them depending on their physical issues.
Sam is fun, energetic and vibrant, just what you need to lift your day!
